CrossFit Unleashed offers uniquely effective fitness classes, as well as individual and small group coaching. We emphasize fundamental, functional movements with proper technique. You'll learn and get fit with ever-changing workouts that combine bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, and a huge variety of high-intensity drills that combine cardio and strength challenges.

We start you at a level appropriate to your individual fitness and experience by varying the load and intensity. The CrossFit program is designed for scalability and can make you dramatically fitter regardless of your age or fitness level.

We make workouts more varied and more fun by using resources that most commercial gyms don't have, including gymnastics equipment such as the rings and parallettes; bumper-plates for weightlifting (rubber plates that can be safely dropped); medicine balls in a range of weights; and kettlebells.

Crossfit Unleashed delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. It is a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains - endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
